Project Development

A flexible service offering support in the development of your project/s. This includes a variety of face to face activities, including site meetings, establishing & working with project groups, liaising with contractors / suppliers, the writing of project briefs / plans / funding applications and review documents. For example Sharp Environment is currently involved in the setting up of the following Association and the development of a woodland creation and conservation project. In this project we are responsible for a variety of activities including the writing of a brief, planning and compiling funding applications through to coordinating the project and carrying out the habitat maintenance & management work.
